At Spring Rainbow Counseling, we offer affirming, compassionate mental health care for LGBTQQIA+, neurodiverse or anxious individuals, and anyone seeking a safe space to explore life’s challenges. Whether you're beginning your journey or continuing your path of healing, you're welcome, exactly as you are.
Lindsay Callahan (they/them) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who brings compassion, authenticity, and deep clinical knowledge to their work. As an active member of the LGBTQQIA+ community and a passionate advocate for neurodiverse individuals, Lindsay is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for every client.
Lindsay has extensive training and experience working with a wide range of mental health concerns, and they approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, or neurodivergence, Lindsay is honored to support you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
Outside of the therapy room, Lindsay is a devoted animal lover, who cares for a small farm of their own, loves the outdoors, and is an active activist in the community. They find their peace and tranquility in nature or through music and rarely enters a therapy session without an animal companion nearby.
